We use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS... we do not use any other services. If you select standard shipping, our logistics expert will decide which service to use based on your location.
We have been doing this a long time and know which service will get your cigars to you the quickest.
We have a “no questions asked” policy in the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of our products simply send an email to and request a Return Shipping Label from our customer service department.
Note: You must contact us within 10 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time.
Upon receiving your package we will credit you back (less shipping) and/or replace the item you purchased. We must receive the returned cigars in similar quality packaging.
